The Cellfie Project, a Canadian, first-of-its-kind patient-centred pathology education initiative for children with leukemia.

Through the CELLFiE Project at the IWK Health Centre, Dr. David Conrad (BSc’02, PhD’07, MD’11, PGM’15) invites pediatric patients to see their own cells, fostering understanding, engagement and empowerment through patient‑centred pathology.

Last fall Halifax District 1 made an application to the Masonic Foundation for $3000 to be donated to The IWK Foundation for the Cellfie Project.
